Jupiter and Venus Join Nov. 13th
Throughout the month of October, Jupiter and Venus will be getting closer together until November 13th. The the two worlds will only be separated by 18 arc-minutes or the apparent width of the half moon. The maximum of this event will occur around 4am pacific time and will be low on the eastern horizon. Here at OC Telescope we recommend a Celestron 5se telescope combined with a 40mm eyepiece to get the best results for this event.
